If Mochi isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. No forms, no "please tell us why", no hoops to jump through.
How to request a refund
Email 2495297174@qq.com with:
- The email address you used at checkout
- Your order number, if you have it handy (not required)
That's the whole process. We'll process the refund within 3 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few more days to show up on your statement.
Outside the 14-day window
Life happens. If you're past 14 days but something is genuinely wrong — it doesn't work, it's not what you expected — email us anyway and we'll work something out.
Why we can offer this
Mochi is a one-time purchase with no ongoing server costs, so a refund costs us almost nothing. We'd rather you be happy than keep $8.88.
